OUR PASTORS

Pastor Ayoola Olulana

Pastor Ayoola Olulana is an exceptional faith leader with extraordinary courage for service and commitment to community empowerment.

He is the regional pastor overseeing more than 50 parishes in Region Eight of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in North America, while also serving as the Special Assistant to the Continental Overseer (SATCO).

As the senior and resident pastor of the Baltimore-based Higher Ground Assembly—a flagship parish of RCCG in the United States—he embodies a legacy of transformative leadership.

Pastor Ayo, as he’s affectionately known, is leading this generation with a practical message that is transforming lives. A message of holiness, hope, healing, and forgiveness.

He passionately advocates that embracing obedience allows individuals to live abundantly as called by God, discover their purpose, and achieve fulfillment. His appealing message of purpose and purity continues to resonate with deep-faith older Christians and younger generations concerned about today’s decadent culture.

Raised in Nigeria, where he quickly established a great reputation as a sought-after contracts and litigation services attorney, he played a crucial role in the country’s justice system as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria for 12 years, before relocating to the United States in the year 2000.

An affable man known for his persistent prayers, he provided leadership to several churches while in Nigeria, including serving as a resident pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Victory Sanctuary, Akure.
